Jose Zavala is a small business advisor based in Houston, Texas. He is a CPA candidate and a technology enthusiast. He spent the first 10 years of his career working for several mid-size CPA firms in the Houston area with a focus on taxation. His love for technology and all things automation came when he went out on his own and realized he was spending a lot of time doing menial tasks and was taking time away from his two children and family. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2017 and launched ZTX Advisors with one goal in mind; To empower small businesses and help them grow. The only way to accomplish this is to become an advisor and not a tax preparer or bookkeeper alone.
